“THE CORN IS GREEN” by the Welsh Dramatist, Emlyn Williams.
“In Emlyn Williams’ beloved semi – autobiographical play, a determined teacher in rural North Wales, strives to help young miners out of poverty by teaching them to read and write”.
This play is considered to be Emlyn Williams’ most enduring literary credit.
Accompanied by a group of Welsh singing Miners, directed by Roger Lloyd Jones and Angela Hudson, this is a new and innovative production.
